Laura Binetti has always been an athlete. As a young woman, she was a successful long distance runner. When her coach suggested she begin lifting weights for conditioning, she took to it right away. Shortly after Laura started training with weights, she entered and won her first Bodybuilding competition. This was all she needed.

Laura immediately dropped long distance running in favour of a career in competitive bodybuilding. She won Local, and Regional shows and ultimately was crowned Ms. Canada before turning pro in 1990. As a professional Bodybuilder, Laura Binetti competed in and won several pro shows including:

• 1999 Ms. Pro World
• 1996 European Grand Prix Champ
• 1994 Canada Pro Cup Champ

Laura has also competed on the Ms. Olympia and Arnold Classic stages 5 times each.

Laura has a passion for the game and she has trained countless competitors achieve their goals of either competing at their first Fitness show or winning a National Bodybuilding Championship.
